About Me
After exiting a business, I spent several years confused about identity, purpose, and direction. Nothing I tried seemed to resolve it. The usual answers weren’t enough. It felt like moving through a dark tunnel with no reliable sense where things were heading.
This work comes from an extended period of disorientation.
What eventually became clear was that the problem wasn’t effort or discipline.
It was orientation.
I was trying to fix a structural misalignment by pushing harder, thinking more, and improving myself.
Over time, the same pattern showed up elsewhere. Capable people reaching points where the approach that once worked no longer did. Not because they lacked ability, but because a role, goal, or direction had stopped fitting the reality they were in.
This work focuses on restoring orientation.
Seeing what is actually happening, where effort is being misapplied, and what no longer deserves energy.
It isn’t coaching or therapy.
Similarly, there’s no attempt to optimize plans, generate motivation, or push through resistance.
The work is short-term and practical. It lasts until things are clear enough to make decisions without forcing them.
If you’re looking for encouragement, reassurance, or help executing a plan you already believe in, this likely isn’t a fit.
If guessing has stopped working and you want to understand what’s actually going on, it may be.
