What is “Reorientation”
Sometimes people build their lives around things that used to make them feel solid, like work, success, or being relied on.
Over time, those things stop giving the same reassurance, even if they’re still going well.
This can leave people feeling tense, tired, or confused about why life feels harder than it should.
Reorientation helps people notice when they’re asking parts of their life to carry more weight than they were designed to. That relieves pressure.
When that pressure drops, people feel steadier, make simpler decisions, and have more energy without trying harder.
A simple way to tell if this is relevant
This work tends to help when several of these feel true:
You’re still functioning, but something feels heavier than it should
The things that used to reassure you don’t anymore
Success or progress doesn’t settle you for very long
You keep doing what’s “working,” but it feels strained
Slowing down feels risky, but pushing forward feels hollow
You can’t point to a clear problem, but you know something’s off
If none of this fits, that’s okay. Reorientation work is designed to support a certain type of person and only matters in specific moments.
